Canvas Ready offers two levels of service - Standard and Professional.

For most orders, the Standard Service is the way to go. However, if the answer to your question isn't on our website, or you can't do what you want in the Smart Uploader (our ordering system), then it's likely you'll need the Professional Service. For only 15% more this level of service gives you access to a number of features beyond the Standard Service. That's still 22% cheaper than the average canvas price of our competitors and a far better service.
Whether you choose Standard or Professional in the Smart Uploader, you can still add optional extras such as image upsizing, scanning, gallery canvas or PhotoPaint to your order, which you can read about here.

The difference is not in the options available, but in the service level. Below is a comparison of each service level.

Standard Service

The Standard Service includes a lot!

You can upload your image, select a product
type and size, select various options, view an
online proof, pay and submit an order.
We back this up with great web-based support.

All additional options such as scanning,
upsizing low DPI images, etc are all available
as part of the Standard Service.

We still spend time adjusting the
brightness / contrast, removing red-eye,
checking colour so rest assured, it's not an
automated process!

Professional Service

The difference between Standard and Pro is
the level of service we provide. There's no
difference in quality.

The Professional Service means you'll have
direct contact to a specialist who can work
outside of our standard systems and spend
more time to get things exactly how you want.
If the Smart Uploader can't do it, then it's likely
you'll need our Professional Service.

20% is added to product-related prices to
cover the Professional Service. All other
order-related charges such as delivery are
not affected.
